Observed biofilm growth inside one of the ice machines. Person in charge (PIC) cleaned the interior surfaces before returning the machine to use.

Chlorine test strips indicated that sanitizer was not being dispensed into the dishwashing machine. 0ppm reading on test strip after running machine. PIC stated that the three-compartment sink will be used for washing and sanitizing dishes until the machine is repaired.

Observed chlorine test strip not changing in color when in contact with water from the dish washing machine. Must be fixed so that the sanitizer is being properly dispensed. PIC will used three sink compartment with sanitizer tablets to wash dishes in the meantime.
