Inspector’s notes
A handwashing sign was not posted at all handwashing lavatories. Observed missing employee hand washing signage for the handwashing station in the back of the kitchen. Must have sign posted.

The physical facilities were not maintained in good repair. Observed base board detached from the wall below the three sink compartment. Must be firmly fixed to the wall.
