TCS foods were being hot held at temperatures <135° F. All hot TCS foods were held below 80 degrees F--Reheated to 165 degrees F. Warming units unplugged. Maintain all hot TCS Foods at 135 degrees F or above. Discontinue holding hot TCS foods at room temperature on table (Tofu).
