Observed water from the unit cooler in the walk-in refrigerator unit #7 and #8 flowing water onto the floor and not directly into the floor drain. Waste water must be drained to a floor drain or other approved waste receptacle through an indirect connection (air gap or air break) to prevent contamination.

After being cleaned, food-contact surfaces and utensils were not sanitized using an effective or approved combination of exposure time, chemical concentration, temperature, and/or pH. Lactic Acid Test Strips indicated that sanitizer was not being dispensed through the wall mount sanitizer for the three sink compartment. PIC will contact maintenance to resolve issue and use dish washing machine for sanitizing.
Cleaning products, pesticides, or other chemicals were stored or labeled in a way that could let them get into food. This is serious because chemical contamination can make people sick quickly.
