Warewash machine or rinse-after sanitizer unauthorized or improperly used. Observed no sanitizer dispensing from wall mounted sanitizer. PIC will contact company to come and fix the issue. In the meantime, all equipment and utensils will be cleaned in the main kitchen dishwashing machine.
