The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans and Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment are to be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed a build-up of debris around the outer surfaces of the ice basin. Ensure the non-food contact of equipment surfaces are kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. PIC cleaned the outer surfaces of the ice basin. +COS
