The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans and Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment are to be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. 1. Observed a buildup of frost within the "HelloGoodness" cooler. It must be cleaned. 2. Observed a buildup within the cabinet under the cash register. It must be cleaned.
