A chemical sanitizer was unregistered, improperly used, or improperly produced. Sanitizer solution was not set up at time of inspection, PIC had someone reinstall quat ammonia sanitizer for this concession.
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.

Access to handwashing facility blocked. Observed boxes stored in front of hand sink. PIC moved boxes to a new location.
