4.4(A)(2) - Equipment - Good Repair and Proper Adjustment
Equipment components were not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Cooler running on temp. 60 F where milk stored. Remove all TCS in cooler maintain temp. of 41 or below to prevent growth of bacterias. Corrected on site.
Equipment, utensils, thermometers, cutting boards, or single-use items were not in good condition, not the right type, or not stored properly.

4.1(Y) - Temperature Measuring Devices
Temperature measuring devices are missing, not correctly placed, not readable, or of improper design. No thermometer in milk and eggs cooler.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
