Inspector’s notes

Each handwashing lavatory did not have a supply of hand cleanser. Observed missing supply of hand cleanser in the employee restroom. Must be stocked with hand cleanser at all times.

Food items are not protected from contamination during storage. Boxes of water bottles, sport drinks and soda were stored on the floor. Must be stored in a clean, dry location where it is not exposed to water, dust, or other contamination, and at least 6 inches (15 centimeters) above the floor
