Working containers of food are not properly labeled. Observed several working containers of oils and spices that were not properly labeled. Ensure food items removed from the original containers and are not easily recognizable are labeled with the common name of the food item.

3.2(Q) - Food Storage: Preventing Contamination from the Premises
Inspector’s notes
Food items are not protected from contamination during storage. Observed onions stored on the bottom shelve of the dish drying rack where they could be exposed to water dripping off of the dishes. Ensure food items are stored in a clean dry place at least six inches off of the floor. PIC moved the onions to a different rack where they were protected from contamination.
