"Observed single service forks being dispensed with the food-contact ends going different directions. They must all be dispensed facing the same direction to prevent any possible contamination. Single-service or single-use articles or cleaned and sanitized utensils were not handled, displayed, and dispensed so that contamination of food-and lip-contact surfaces is prevented."
