6.2(B) - III. Preventing Contamination by Hands - Handwashing Cleanser - Availability
Each handwashing lavatory did not have a supply of hand cleanser. Observed missing supply of hand cleanser in the men's restroom. Must have hand cleanser available at all times.
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.

Floors must be cleaned and maintained in a sanitary condition to prevent accumulation of residue and ensure cleanliness. Discussed with PIC about mopping more frequently.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
