The operator is using unapproved alternative manual warewashing. Did not observe proper way of warewashing coffee components in facility during inspection.

Plumbing system is not maintained in good repair. Hot water nozzle for hand sink was not in good repair at time of inspection. Operator was able to screw it in and turn hot water on.
