A food label did not include the name of the food source of each major food allergen contained in a food unless the food source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient. Observed veggie trays with ranch dressing that did not list milk and egg in the contains statement and allergens were not listed in ingredients. Allergens were labeled on veggie trays. +COS

Sanitizer bucket was refilled with sanitizer of appropriate concentration. Observed wiping cloth for milk frother that was not maintained in between uses in sanitizer solution.
