Handwashing sink does not provide water at least 85° F. Handwashing sink not getting hot in bar area, hand sink in the storage area was hot enough.

Inspector’s notes

After being cleaned, equipment food-contact surfaces and utensils were not sanitized in equipment achieving a utensil surface temperature of 160° F. After running machine multiple times the final rinse temperature was not getting hot enough to reach the 160 degree surface temperature. PIC has 3-comp sink available to sanitize dishes.
