Food storage equipment is not cleaned frequently enough. Observed pizza cooler soiled with food debris/residues. Increase cleaning frequency and maintain clean to sight and touch.
Food was stored or handled in a way that could let germs or other material get into it, such as raw meat stored above ready-to-eat food or uncovered food. Cross-contamination is a common cause of foodborne illness.

Equipment and/or components were not maintained in good working order. Observed inadequate water pressure at front hand sink. Provide necessary repairs.

The operator does not have a readily accessible thermometer capable of accurately measuring the temperature in thin foods. Observed no thin probe thermometer device within facility. Provide and maintain.
Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
