Inspector’s notes
The food contact surfaces of cooking equipment and pans and Nonfood contact surfaces of equipment are to be kept free of an accumulation of dust, dirt, food residue, and other debris. Observed a build-up of residue on the bottom of the reach-in coolers behind the bar. Ensure the coolers are cleaned more frequently.

Each handwashing lavatory did not have a supply of hand cleanser. Observed the handwashing station behind the bar was not equipped with hand cleanser.
