ROUTINE - STANDARD INSPECTION

"3717-1-05.1(C)(1) - Violation - Handwashing facility-installation. Handwashing sink does not provide water at a temperature =100° F."
"Hot water was less than required at handsinks in the 2nd floor Plating room, Assembly area and restroom."
Staff were not washing their hands when required, or a handwashing sink was blocked, missing soap or paper towels, or used for something else. Hands are one of the most common ways germs reach food.
