Inspector’s notes
Nonfood-contact surfaces are not cleaned frequently enough. Ice accumulation was observed on the interior sides of two ice cream freezers. The excessive ice buildup may interfere with proper operation and cleaning of the equipment,. Corrective action, defrost the ice cream freezers, and remove accumulated ice, clean and maintain the freezers in a clean condition to prevent excessive ice buildup from recurring.
