Working containers of poisonous/toxic materials are not labeled. Observed working spray bottle container of sanitizer not labeled. PIC labeled the bottle.
Cleaning products, pesticides, or other chemicals were stored or labeled in a way that could let them get into food. This is serious because chemical contamination can make people sick quickly.

Non-food contact surfaces are dirty. 1. Observed a heavily soiled mop sink with mops improperly stored inside. The sink must be thoroughly cleaned, and mops should be properly hung to dry to maintain sanitary conditions. 2. Observed debris and buildup beneath the bar counter. Area must be thoroughly cleaned to maintain sanitation and prevent contamination.
