Inspector’s notes
The food facility had an insufficient number of hand washing sinks necessary for their convenient use or a number fewer than what is mandated by the Ohio plumbing code. Observed sweets cart with ice cream, cakes, and brownie cart missing handwashing sink within 20 feet proximity and the line of sight of exposed food handling area. Obtain proper handwashing.
