Handwashing sink does not provide water at least 85° F. Observed the handwashing sinks by the front counter and the back prep area does not provide water at least 85° F. Ensure the handwashing sinks are service to be able to provide water at least 85° F.

Equipment components were not intact, tight or properly adjusted. Observed two door refrigerator that was not maintaining an air temperature below 41ºF, had an ice build up in the back and had water on the bottom. Items in refrigerator were cooling. Items were moved to a refrigerator maintaining proper temperature to finish cooling process. Refrigerator needs adjusted prior to putting items back into it.
