Baseball stands are closed for the season, PIC said that new menus will be ordered for next season with updated allergen information for hot dog buns, nacho cheese, pretzles, etc.

A food label did not include the name of the food source of each major food allergen contained in a food unless the food source is already part of the common or usual name of the respective ingredient. Hot dog buns (Wheat, Sessame), Nacho Cheese (Milk), Pretzles(Wheat) Please post consumer allergen warnings for all concession stands.
Food came from an unapproved source, was missing required date marks or labels, or was past its use-by date. Knowing where food came from and how old it is helps prevent illness.

No manager had Ohio manager certification in food protection. PIC not able to provide level 2 manager certifications. Will be COS when emailed to Cole.ferguson@cincinnati-oh.gov

There is no test kit available for measuring the concentration of the sanitizer. Operator using wrong type of test strips for sanitizer. 3-comp sinks are set up for sink and surface sanitizer but operator is using quat ammonia sanitizer from Diversity. PIC brought correct test strips.
Dishes, equipment, or surfaces that touch food were not properly washed, rinsed, and sanitized, or sanitizer was not at the right strength. Clean surfaces help stop germs from spreading to food.
