CORRECTIVE ACTION: There was an issue with the cooling system and the walk-in door. An emergency maintenance request was submitted by the manager and the cooling system issue was resolved. A new door is being installed in a couple weeks. A box is being kept in front of the door to keep it fully closed until then. The cooler is now being held at a proper temperature."
