Observed refrigeration display case holding temperatures at 61 *F - 63 *F and bottom sliding door compartment at 53 *F. Internal temperatures of gyoza measuring at 48 *F in display case. Operator states that facility had lost power around 7:30 AM this morning and power was restored approximately at 9:10 AM. Operator instructed to no longer use refrigeration unit until unit holds at 41 *F and to use sushi cooler refrigeration unit until repaired. Operator to prepare and store in freezer and transfer to sushi cooler . Unit will be re-inspected once repaired.
