Observed 3 rodent droppings on bottom green shelf on back storage room. Alcohol is on this shelf. Checked 1 dropping and it was hard. This is the same shelf that had rodent droppings on it at the 12/4/24 inspection. Pick up rodent droppings and clean and sanitize green shelf. Monitor facility on a daily basis to check for rodent activity. Check for openings, holes, cracks, gaps inside and outside of the facility and seal these to prevent entrance of vermin. Provide copy of pest control report by 12/16/24.

Observed ~ a dozen rodent droppings in the back storage room floor and on the bottom green shelf of the shelving unit in the left corner. Alcohol is on this shelf. Checked a couple of droppings and they were hard. Per employee, pest control company was last at the facility a few months ago. Pick up all rodent droppings with proper personal protective equipment , such as gloves and a mask. Clean and sanitize shelving and floor. Eliminate vermin by safe, legal effective means. Submit invoice/service report for pest control company by 12/9/24. Repeat violation. Droppings also observed during 2019 and 2023 inspections.
