Hot water at 3-compartment sinks initially measured 108 F. Cold water valve missing from the 3-compartment sink in front of the 3-door glass refrigerator. Hot water has a very low flow from the janitorial sink and measured 103 F. Ensure to provide a minimum of 120 F hot water at ware washing fixtures at all times and cold water. Person in charge (PIC) adjusted water heater. Water temperature reached 120 F at 3-compartment sinks after adjustment. Immediately repair janitorial sink to provide an adequate pressure of 120 F of hot water at this sink and provide cold water valve at the 3-compartment sink in front of the glass door refrigerator. Email photos to inspector demonstrating compliance.
