Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cold held at 41 F or below or hot held at 135 F or above. Foods in the Atosa refrigerator were from yesterday. All above foods in Atosa refrigerator and prep top refrigerator were discarded. Immediately repair/adjust refrigeration to cold hold at 41 F or below. Discontinue use of these units until repaired.
