In the reach-in unit, four grab-n-go containers with cooked chicken, the internal temperature readings were measured at 68F and 65F. Small individual containers with salsa, the internal temperature reading was t76°F and containers were observed at ambient temperature. [Corrective action] Potentially hazardous foods shall be held at or below 41F or at or above 135F.
