Observed Tzimmes packaged in plastic tupper wares stored on counter next to espresso machine measured at 53.1 *F without any temperature control. Foods finished preparing roughly 1 hour ago. Foods moved to display case refrigerator. All PHF shall be maintained at 41 *F and below or 135 *F and above. Do not store any PHF at room temperature without active temperature control.
