Observed one live cockroach run across the wall across from the walk-in. Stick trap has caught cockroaches nearby. Clean/sanitize this area. Pull out the refrigerator nd clean the area. Facility must be kept free of vermin. Have licensed pest control come treat facility and email report to inspector.
