Observed mold growing on plastic shield covering if ice machine. Ensure all food contact surfaces are cleaned and sanitized. Clean and sanitize as frequently enough to prevent accumulation of mold.

Employee's uncovered drink was observed stored on the food cart in the preparation/warewashing area. [CA] A food employee may drink from a closed beverage contianer with a lid and straw if the container is handled to prevent cross-contamination of the employee's hand, open food, and equipment.
