Observed rodent droppings throughout kitchen on the floor or in cabinet. Largest amount of droppings were seen on floor to right of Montague grizzly grills, in storage cabinet, and in closet that holds mop buckets/water heater. It appeared rodents had chewed through packaging of Styrofoam cups. Facility shall be free of rodents. Remove droppings and monitor for new activity. Also clean floor under kitchen handsink. Discard disposable cup that rodent chewed through. Seal all gaps in floors, walls, ceiling of facility. Observed gap at bottom of kitchen door and also observed hole in wall in mop area. Strongly recommend hiring a pest control company to service facility. A re-inspection will be completed in 1-2 weeks to confirm there is not an active infestation.
