Observed one sausage, egg and cheese muffin measuring 129-131 degrees F. Daily par log available but log was not filled out for todays foods. Observed TPHC discard time stickers on some food items. Ensure all foods following TPHC have proper discard time (4 hours) labeled on them. Person in charge voluntarily discarded the one sausage, egg and cheese muffin and stated 4 hours discard time is almost up for foods. Previous day's logs available. Discussed with PIC and corrected on site.
