Cut strawberries stored on rack by kitchen entrance without temperature control measured at 54 *F. Operator stated strawberries were removed from refrigeration roughly 30 minutes ago. Cut fruits are considered potentially hazardous. Maintain all PHF at 41 *F or below. Operator returned strawberries to walk-in refrigerator.
