Three-compartment sink reached 123 degrees F for a second or two and ten immediately dropped down to 100 degrees F. Janitorial sink reached 108 degrees F. Provide a minimum of 120 degrees F water at the 3-compartment sink and the janitorial sink. Submit video of the 3-compartmetn sink showing correction. Hot water heater is small and is most likely undersized for the facility. Someone from Chevron has already come to the facility to check this hot water heater and facility will be changing it, Submit construction application, specification sheet for the hot water heater , and plan check fee of $330.00 to Marin County Environmental Health. If e-mailing documents, e-mail to MarinEHS@MarinCounty.gov and call (415) 473-6907 to make a credit card payment with Mastercard or Visa. Also, contact the correct building department for their approval.
