Observed cooked egg products on cooling rack measuring at 110 *F and 108 *F. Observed egg whites in carton at 49 *F and chicken strips at 130 *F in the warmer. Employee discarded noted egg products and egg whites were moved to refrigeration. Ensure foods have proper cooling labels and increase temperature of warming unit.
