Observed operator using soiled meat slicer to slice frozen beef. Ensure meat slicer is cleaned after 4 hours and food contact surfaces are clean before use to prevent food contamination. Operator instructed to stop using slicer and to clean and sanitize meat slicer before resuming use. Operators cleaned and sanitized at time of inspection. Operator instructed to record time machine is cleaned.
