Observed raw shelled eggs stored in walk in refrigerator measuring at 50 *F and ambient temperature of walk in at 51*F. Operator voluntarily discarded 7 cartons of raw shelled eggs. Instructed to make repairs to walk in refrigerator to hold at 41*F or below.
