Water temperature at 3-compartment sink measured 108 F and janitorial sink measured 110 F. Ensure all warewashing sinks are provided with hot water meeting 120 F requirement. Repair/adjust water heater as necessary. After adjustment, 3-compartment sink measured 116 F and janitorial 114 F. Provide 120 F, discussed with owner.
