Multiple potentially hazardous foods (PHFs) observed holding/measured at improper temperatures. Pooled eggs at cook's line measured at 56F. Milk in Shallow ice bath measured at 51F. Per staff, pooled eggs holding for 45 minutes, and milk holding for 1 hour. Ice added to pooled eggs during inspection (ice bath created). Additional ice to surround milk container (all sides) provided. Ensure all PHFs are maintained under proper temperatures.
