High temperature dishwasher water in rinse cycle measured less than 160 degrees F. Ensure water temperature of dishwasher reaches 160 degrees F. Immediately repair dishwasher and utilize 3-compartment sink for wash, rinse, sanitize (100 ppm chlorine or 200 ppm quat), air dry until repaired.
