Observed reach in refrigerator in small storage room measuring at ambient temperature of 50.0F/49.7F. Internal temperatures of potentially hazardous foods include: Cooked onions: 52F, bag of shredded cheese: 56F, 2 cartoons of potato salad: 54F/56F. the noted items were voluntarily discarded and rest of food measuring below 50F were moved to working units. Repair unit to hold at 41F or below before re-using equipment.
