Dishwasher is not properly sanitizing. The dishwasher is not connected to chemical sanitizer and the surface temperature of dishes in the sink is not reaching at east 160F. Facility also lacks an operable warewashing sink (facility is currently going through plan check to fix this). A food facility shall not operate without a way to properly sanitize dishes. The facility shall be closed until the dishwasher is repaired.
