Push handle from inside the walk in refrigerator easily dislodged and partially non functional. All equipment shall be in good repair. Repair door handle immediately to prevent potential of entrapment in walk in refrigerator.

The cold holding unit (two drawers), ambient temperature reading were 51F and 53F in the preparation area. [CA] Repair or adjust any refrigeratio unit that is not keeping food at the appropriate temperature. Transfer all potentially hazardous foods to a holding unit that can maintain required temperature of 41F or below.

Food was not kept cold enough, hot enough, cooled fast enough, or cooked or reheated to the right temperature. Bacteria grow quickly in the "danger zone" between 41°F and 135°F, which makes this one of the most important food-safety checks.
