Observed washing of equipment and utensils in sanitizer basin of 3 comp sink with 0.0 ppm measured for chlorine sanitizer. Sanitizer dispenser was not dispensing appropriate levels of sanitizer. All food contact surfaces shall be sanitized as required. Contact with 100 ppm chlorine for 30 seconds. Operator instructed to drain basin and refill to add chlorine manually. Ensure sanitizer dispenser repaired to dispense sanitizer at all times.
