Oysters stored on bins that are not washed, rinsed, and sanitized. Food contact surfaces must be clean and sanitized. Do not continue to store oysters on any surface that is not washed, rinsed, and sanitized in the 3-compartment sink. Obtain sanitizer for use in the 3-compartment sink prior to obtaining additional oysters. This was corrected on site.
