water temperature of hand sink near two compartment prep sink was at 88F at the highest. Hands shall be washed with water at 100-108F. Repair sink and use other hand sink in kitchen as an alternative (the other sink has water that reached 100F). water temperature of hand sink in women's restroom was 70F. 100F water required. knob was adjusted on hand sink to correct temp. Corrected on site. Water in men's restroom hand sink at 81F. 100F required. Repair.
