Observed onion curry measuring 53 degrees F on prep table. Observed cut tomatoes, cooked potatoes, cooked spinach, coconut milk measuring 48 degrees F. Ensure all potentially hazardous foods are cold held at 41 degrees F or below or 135 degrees F or above. 15 liters of onion curry voluntarily discarded by person in charge (PIC) as onion curry was left out for an unknown time. PIC placed items measuring 48 degrees F on ice baths and stated these foods were left out for an hour.
